A little corner of creativity, W&F is built on a curiosity of nostalgia and ‘a time before’. A place where you’re welcome to reset, re-connect and slow down by dipping a toe into hands-on creativity.
My range of flower arranging workshops and floristry courses, all provide moments to pause, get creative or learn something new.
If you’ve had a tough spreadsheet to tackle during a trying day at work, or you’re after a creative space to melt away and get lost in, I hope you find something here to give you a little break and live a little more simply.

For the last 8 years I’ve been working with flowers. Everyone laughs when I can name all the varieties they show me pictures of, but knowing what they're all called is my version of knowing everyone's name in the office.
Having worked in flower shops in London and Bristol, I’ve made floral arrangements for BBC TV and Wimbledon Tennis players. I’ve lived in lots of places beginning with B (Birmingham, Balham and Bristol) and now live in my hometown Brighton. I can’t be away from the sea for too long.
